At Gray Line Lawn Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality lawn care services. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect your time, and maintain service excellence.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 48 hours of being informed that the work is complete. We will return to your property to correct or touch up the service at no additional cost.
Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service date.

This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we encourage rescheduling at least 72 hours in advance. Doing so will allow your deposit to be applied to your rescheduled service.
Weather-Related Cancellations

We closely monitor the weather to ensure safe and effective service. In cases of severe or unsafe weather:

Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

You will be contacted promptly to arrange a new date that works for you.
